Dhananjay is a senior Human Resource Business Partner at Google and leads the HR function for sales in APAC where he is responsible for the overall HR strategy and Talent Management. Prior to Google, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young.
In his HR professional experience, Dhananjay has worked on areas spanning the entire HR value chain including Organization Design, HR Strategy and Transformation, Performance Management, Leadership Capability Development, Compensation and Change Management. He brings with himself rich industry experience across Technology, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Government and Finance.
Korn Ferry Hay Group Singapore
Andrew How is the Managing Director of Korn Ferry Hay Group Singapore. He works with senior business leaders across the region in areas of organisation and people performance specialising in aligning organisation structure and Human Resource, Design of Compensation, Performance Management and Talent Management system. Andrew also conducts Leadership Development programs and Senior Leadership team interventions through coaching and alignment workshops.
With 24 years of consulting experience, Andrew has worked across various sectors, from Public to Private and projects across Malaysia, Vietnam Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore. His consulting experience ranges from working with various sectors from Government Institution, Telecommunication, Banking, Manufacturing, Transportation, FMCG, Technology Energy and Utilities sector.
Prior to Hay Group, Andrew has worked with the Human Resource Department of Maxis Telecommunications and two other consulting firms, PriceWaterhouse Coppers and Towers Perrin.

Norliza Kassim is the Head of Digital Engagement & Content in the Global Digital Marketing team at Standard Chartered Bank.
In her role, Norliza develops global content and global campaign strategies, utilising client and business data and insights to create "Digital-first" Marketing programs.
Norliza is a seasoned marketing professional with specific interests in Digital, Content marketing and Programmatic Media.
Her areas of expertise are in:

Howie Lau Chief Marketing Officer StarHub Ltd
Howie is responsible for charting StarHub’s brand and marketing strategies across all marketing functions and ensuring overall marketing synergy and brand consistency. Customer value management also falls under his purview. In addition, he oversees StarHub’s Mobility, Pay TV and Broadband businesses as well as its Content and Local Production teams.
Howie was the Vice President, Corporate Development of Lenovo's Worldwide Finance Organisation, where he oversaw Lenovo's end-to-end Post Merger Management and related Merger & Acquisition matters. Previously, he was Lenovo’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Emerging Markets Group, and was responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing and communications in the China, Eastern Europe, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Latin America, Middle East, Russia, Taiwan and ASEAN markets.
Howie is the current President of Singapore Computer Society’s Executive Council, and is also on the management board for NUS Institute of System Science as well as the advisory committee for Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT.
Jennifer Ng Vice President, Human Resources
SAP Global Customer Operations, Asia Pacific Japan
Jennifer Ng is the Vice President of Human Resource for SAP’s Global Customer Operations in Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and head of HR for SAP Korea. She has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources with wide exposure in multiple industries and HR disciplines, out of which more than 15 years are in senior HR management.
During her tenure at SAP, she has led the transformation of APJ HR to a Shared Service model and supported her client groups in various transformation projects as trusted HR Business Partner and change consultant. She has also partnered with various Regional Presidents and Senior Executive Team members to drive the People Strategy and Agenda.
Prior to joining SAP in 2002, Jennifer was Head of Human Resources at Arthur Andersen Singapore and Cap Gemini Asia Pacific. She has spent the earlier part of her career with Standard Chartered Bank, Seagate Technology and Ministry of Manpower.
Dr Lim Suet Woon
Group Chief Operating Officer
Dr Lim is the Group Chief Operating Office of Parkway Pantai Limited. Dr Lim has been with the Parkway Pantai Group since 2011, where he has been the Executive Vice President Singapore, then the Chief Executive Officer, Parkway Operations Division before his current appointment.
Dr Lim has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management. Before joining Parkway in 2011, he was the CEO of the National Healthcare Group and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). In 2003, Dr Lim led the TTSH team through the SARS crisis, when it was designated as the SARS hospital for the whole of Singapore. For his leadership, he was awarded the Public Service Star by the President of Singapore.
Before this, Dr Lim held the positions of CEO of the National University of Hospital and COO of KK Women’s Hospital.
Dr Lim is the immediate past Chairman to the Board of Joint Commission International (JCI), the world’s leading international healthcare accreditation organization. Dr Lim was also previous Chairman of Johns Hopkins International Medical Center (Singapore), and served on the Boards of the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, Ministry of Health Holdings Pte Ltd, National University Health System Pte Ltd and Singapore’s Nursing Board.
Dr Lim is currently a Honorary Secretary in the Council of the Singapore National Employers Federation.
A doctor by training, Dr Lim also has Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)

Pankaj Batra is Chief Marketing Officer for Pizza Hut Asia with over 1700 units across 10 countries. Pankaj also heads Public Relations and served as a member of Yum Brand’s Global Digital Council.
Pankaj has over 20 years’ experience in Brand Management and Sales in consumer, food, retail & services sector. He specializes in nurturing western brands in Asian markets. He has deep know-how of start-up ventures and is highly accomplished at managing diverse franchisee relationships.
Pankaj has a Master in Business Administration from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. He joined Yum Brands (then Pepsico Restaurants) in India in 1996 to launch Pizza Hut and was instrumental in positioning Pizza Hut as “An Indian brand with an International heart”. During Pankaj’s tenure, Pizza Hut grew from 1 to 150 restaurants and was rated as India’s most trusted restaurant brand in 2003 and every year thereafter. He moved to Singapore to join Yum’s Asia business around 10 years ago. He has consolidated Pizza Hut’s dominant position in Asia by spearheading the adoption of a new delivery model. He has been instrumental in doubling the web ordering business in the last 3 years.
Pankaj was awarded CMO of the Year at The Asian Customer Game Changer Awards (Oct. 2014) and is also listed in the 100 Most Talented Global Marketing Leaders by The World Marketing Congress (Nov. 2014).
Prior to working for Yum!, Pankaj worked with Nestle in India as Brand Manager on a portfolio of brands (Nescafe Vending, Nestle Confectionery & Nestle Milks) and with American Express Travel Related Services as Product Manager for Indian subcontinent.
